Just Because I like your products I took the time to fill this survey. In the past I tried to buy items off your website and all the time when I paid the with my Master Card you automated system made the wrong charges to my card. I came back and email Michel Compte and told him about the wrong charges and all I had to email back and forth in order for your order department to make the charges and get my product. The point here is that it was quite a hassle to get the order done and very poor email support, please fix the problem with your automated deduction system to avoid future inconveniences to current and future clients.
